OK, OK! It's been over a month, and I still haven't posted any news! I rather doubt anyone's looking here anyway, but I suppose that that's no excuse. When I do get around to writing up our exploits, they will include:

 

• living at our friends', the Swain's, in Walton on Thames, where we had a most beautiful house in a lovely setting, and ocaissionally saw the Concord (SST) fly overhead;
• staying at Caryn's flat in Mayfair (in London's West End), walking 2 or 3 miles a day, learning to use "the Tube" (subway), and taking strolls through Hyde Park and Regeant's Park;
• taking a trip to Hungary (Balatonfured, on Lake Balaton) to celebrate our 20th anniverasry under a total solar eclipse on August 11, driving into the hills to see the castle ruins, and Ron swimming in a marathon (3.7 km) across the lake;
• moving into our house in Hampstead on July 26, and even today, August 24, not being able to unpack or set up 1/2 of our furniture because the construction isn't complete;
• Ron hearing about a job openning on Wednesday, Aug 18, interviews and is offered the job on Thursday (teaching high school Math part-time at Andrew and Katy's school) and started work on Friday (although students don't return until September 1).

  Well, that's what you will read about, when I do get around to writing it! If you email me and bug me about it, I'll move it up on my list of priorities. d:-)
